Expansion model focused on partnership
After our successful launch in Brussels and on the back of the coveted Epicure award for Best International Concept (Les Epicures 2019) Gaster is now ready to European expansion.
Gaster’s recipe for success is PARTNERSHIP. Simply put, Gaster France provides investment of money and know-how alongside the investment made by each store’s management-owner.
Our management-owners will have access to all of the studies, knowledge, experience, methods and tools that Gaster France has acquired or developed by Gaster and implemented in Brussels. All manager-owners will have full access to all our know-how.
Trainings take place in Brussels at our flagship Gaster shop. They cover all aspects of the business such as food service; grocery; marketing, supply and communication methods; information, planning and management systems.
In addition to these training sessions, the managers and founders of Gaster France will work with the partners/managers to open their locations and are committed to staying involved as long as necessary to get the new unit off the ground in the best conditions.
